Funding and Fees
All children over the age of three are entitled to 15 hours funded early years education, 30 hours from 3 years and above the term after your child is three. Please follow this link to information on the options for parents and when to apply for funding on the Oxfordshire County Council website:
http://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms/public-site/early-years-education
Session fees for children who are not yet eligible for funding, or whose parents require additional sessions over and above 15 hours are outlined below.
We do try as hard as possible to keep fees as low as possible, however they are subject to change at the discretion of the committee.
Fees for a 3hr session – £16.50 per session
Fees are £5.50 per hr from September 2024
Additional costs: We ask for a £1 contribution for toast each week, this must be paid in cash at the preschool.
Fees are payable termly in advance (we will issue an invoice) and this must be settled within 4 weeks of the start of the term. We are fully set up to accept childcare vouchers.
Children under three may be eligible for up to 15 hours per week of nursery education, through the Free Early Education Entitlement for Two Year Olds scheme. To be considered for this funding a financial assessment form will need to be completed by the parent/carer and approved by Oxfordshire County Council. Once the form has been approved you will be notified as to whether your child is eligible for funding and a place can then be offered.
Please note all Parents/Carers must obtain a 30 hour code from Oxfordshire County Council in the summer term for a September start.
30 hour code is for children needed extended hours (18hrs is the maximum we offer).
